Why would any person invest their life’s savings, borrow extra money, work 80+ hours a week, spend every night crying and praying over the daily crisis, baby-sit adult employees, fight government agencies, pay massive amounts of taxes, constantly make changes to comply with government edicts, and wrestle with battles royal every day to stay in business? Some refer to this type of person as an “entrepreneur.” Those having tried to run their own business call business owners, “Super-heroes!” An entrepreneur is anyone highly motivated and driven to achieve and take others along the hike to the top of the mountain of business success!
Government, however, always seeks to take everyone to the “bottom” of the mountain so everyone is financially equal – while attacking entrepreneurs, greatness, or business success. Why?
Government is an inherent malfunctioning bureaucratic management system designed for “spending addicts” by spending addicts. Void of “personal” accountability for their habit, bureaucrats seek to design and manipulate the system to maximize spending under the excuse of “doing what’s best.”
Normally, high-ranking government officials soon falsely believe they are more powerful and important than God. With their power, they can wave their hands and fix and/or repair just about anything – so long as they keep getting re-elected. However, what they fail to mention is that whatever they do or don’t do, it’s going to cost more and hurt the masses more than if the private sector does it.
As soon as the bureaucrats sink into their spell of being popular and able to gain re-election, it doesn’t take that much longer for the “God Syndrome” to come upon them. This syndrome when diagnosed in public officials takes control of their brain and convinces them they are more powerful than God and the masses need to believe in them and forgo any relationship with God. Then they go about their duties with the wish to make God appear impotent while they become the fertile and more powerful solution to every problem known to man.
How Does God and Business Work in Tandem?
Pure capitalism is the only economic system ever designed that allows “everyone” within a society to benefit and achieve – regardless of pedigree, community stature, color of skin, background, or wealth. No, America wasn’t the creator of the Capitalistic system. Most are shocked to learn that it was in fact the only business system offered by God from day one.
This is a wonderful reflection of God’s infinite wisdom. We must then understand He is the God of LOVE. Love is all about doing what is best – regardless. Therefore, everything God does is for “all” – not just a special few. It’s like understanding eternal “salvation.” God sent His only begotten Son, even Jesus Christ, not to ‘condemn’ the world, but that the ‘world’ (not just a special few) would be saved through Him. Therefore, if it’s good enough for God, then it’s good enough for all.
In addition, we may also be shocked to learn that God mandated the first 10% Flat Rate tax system (tithing) on citizens while exempting business. In turn, God mandates Governments manage their affairs with no more than 10% tax levies on the masses – regardless of earnings, so that all have an investment into the nation and local governments.
Why did God intentionally exclude business taxes? Businesses produce products and services consumed by people or other businesses. Businesses produce profits for their owners, employees, investors, stockholders, and those associated with the business. When people receive money from a business, taxes are due. God’s plan should be sufficient for anyone.
Therefore, in God’s infinite wisdom, we must understand no business would ever be able to pay taxes! The funds available within a business are for payment of business operations, salaries, supplies, overhead, utilities, and its investors. For this, the business produces a product and/or service that is sold for $X.
If businesses pay taxes, then the price of their product and/or service is price adjusted to accommodate such an increase in their system. This means all taxes imposed upon business pass to the consumer. God mandates a tax that does not exceed 10% on the consumers. If government invents business taxes, consumers must now add that tax to their personal tax burdens. The really bad news is that inflated currencies created by business taxes are bad for consumers, business, government, charities, the poor, the rich, and all others – regardless of the product or service!
As an example, if government imposes a new tax on eggs of $2.50 a dozen, who wins? We must learn the first law of taxation, “Businesses do not pay taxes – only consumers pay taxes.” Consequently, the price of eggs would automatically jump by $2.50 per dozen.
A $2.50 tax increase on eggs doesn’t start and stop with the egg producers. Business taxes are always like falling dominoes. When the tax shows up on the new price of eggs in the grocery store, consumers face difficult decisions. Will it be business as usual and egg purchases remain constant, or will the consumer cut back on egg purchases? Experts tell us that any product increase forces consumers to look for alternative solutions. If one doubts this, speak with NetFlix and find out what happened when they summarily raised their prices. They lost millions of customers!
Let’s then assume that consumers cut back on egg purchases. This means the grocery store must cut their orders for eggs. When the order reductions hit the farmer’s desk and they can’t sell all the eggs produced, then they have to find ways to cut their supplies.
Soon, farmers discover that without the level of sales they had they cannot afford any luxuries. They must lay off workers, sell vehicles and equipment, and ask for debt payment extensions, since they will not be able to operate as planned.
Banks that have financed egg producers will begin to see their profits dwindle and go into the red. When this happens, banks use protective measures by creating new lending criteria that makes business loans near impossible to get. Now, every business in town suffers causing everyone issues from a seemingly innocent $2.50 tax.
Finally, please consider how this new egg tax has enriched anyone. No, the manufacturer (farmer) didn’t win. The consumer didn’t win. The poor and needy didn’t win. The banks didn’t win. The local businesses didn’t win. Wait, is government the only winner?
Who in government understands the basic fact that on average a 1% increase in tax rates takes 9 times that amount out from the private sector? Any government that goes over the 10% flat tax rate is a government headed toward a suicidal mission that will collapse a society. No, please don’t take our word for this fact, but look around at the cities, counties, States, and Nations that are now bankrupt. How are they dealing with business taxes? What is their greatest tax rate?
“When Government over reaches its tentacles and thrusts itself into the Business Community, everyone loses.” Yes, shockingly even the Government that foolishly taxes business ends up being the big losers. Isn’t stupidity bliss?
Governments do not give to the economic well-being of any society but are instead a “financial drain” on societies. Government is inherently a “spendaholic.” That’s why God places a maximum limit on government spending without any provision for increasing this amount.
Factually, governments are abusive toward taxpayers and today’s bureaucrats seem it is not their responsibilities to be good stewards of taxpayer money. Instead, today’s government agencies tell us they accept a certain percentage of waste and corruption. Can we imagine any private sector business allowing this? President Obama promised to cut 300 Billion in government waste and fraud. Has he succeeded? Please let us know when he does!
Void of profit incentives, government turns a deaf ear upon wise and established financial techniques in favor of “financial theories” like Keynesian economics. Government must adhere to simple math and forgo new-age math and gimmicks that powerful Government leaders display in their plans to overthrow God.
